I ate about 1000 calories today…kind of kick starting my metabolism by undercutting my calorie goal for the first few days. I’ve been wanting to go grab a snack all evening, but I’ve been good and keep reminding myself that I’m doing this for me…and in six months (probably), I can up my calorie intake to a “maintenance” level instead of a “ketosis” level. 🙂
