Weight: 238.2 BMI: 31.4 Waist-to-Hip Ratio: 46.5/44 = 1.06 I think my weight measurement is off a bit because I had my indulgence meal last night…at The Ribeye. For those keeping track at home, that’s a loss of 5.5 pounds and 1.5″ off my waist.
