I hope that the weather that has been here for the past few days is indicitive of the start of spring and not another false spring before a drop back into the 30s (0-2C for those of you on the metric system). I spent about an hour and a half outside at the park yesterday afternoon with Daniel. I packed his lunch in a container and he ate on a bench at the park. After that, we came back home and laid down to take a nap with the windows open and a light breeze blowing. It was rather peaceful. After our nap, I took Daniel to Josh and Kelly’s house to play with Ashlyn during my Bible study group. When I came back to pick him up, they were playing in the backyard with a fire going in the fire pit. It was a very pleasant evening, up to the point where I thought “this has been a very relaxing weekend…I have to go to work tomorrow. Shit.” It really is a time for a change when you get to that point.
