I’ve pretty much let myself slip over the past few months and I ballooned to nearly 260 pounds.  I’m trying to do a better job of monitoring it now and I’ve dropped a pound in the last week and a half, in spite of spending a week in Florida with my future grandmother-in-law who cooks in the typical Southern style.

I know that some of you won’t care to track my weight, but I don’t really have anywhere else to do it, so expect me to post here about once a week with progress.
